Can I add a tip to my order?

Yes! There is a place to add a driver tip when you complete your order. If you'd like to add a tip when your order is delivered you can indicate that when you place your order. If you have forgotten to leave a tip and would like to add on after your delivery please send us a message using our online chat or text us at 661-425-5999 and we will be happy to help you.

Can I order from somewhere that isn't listed on your app or website?

Yes! Just visit our Request a Pickup page and select a restaurant pickup, grocery and retail, or a large or bulky item.

Restaurant Orders - Please give us at least 20-30 minutes for us to schedule a driver for your delivery. Some restaurants may prepare food in less than 10 minutes and others may take up to 45 minutes. In some cases you may want to place your delivery request with us first. Or plan ahead and pre-order from both places for a specific time!

Grocery and Retail - Please indicate what store you would like your pickup. For grocery, please pre-order the time or allow us 24 hours to schedule your shopping.

What are your hours?

We are open every day from 7am to 10pm. We are closed on Christmas Day.

How do I get a hold of someone?

If you need to get a hold of us regarding a current active order, please use our chat on our website to communicate directly with our dispatch team. You may also contact us via phone or text at (661) 425-5999. If you call our dispatch, we may be on the other line assisting another customer or speaking with a restaurant, please be patient and we will get to your call as quickly as possible.
